Surrounded by other health providers, we are your dental specialists.
Welcome to Hutt Dental Hub
We form part of the Hutt Valley Health Hub in central Lower Hutt, bringing together a range of health providers conveniently in one central place. We are only a doorstep away from the GP, medical specialists and the pharmacy. But it doesn’t stop there, the Hub is built around a range of additional services such as an on-site childcare, café and direct links to public transport to create a social environment for you and your family and people of all cultures to spend time in.
The Hutt Dental Hub follows the basic principles of the Health Hub. We believe that health and wellbeing, space and community are all linked together. Therefore we have a holistic approach to the architecture and interiors which goes far beyond a functional layout alone. The Hub spaces are designed to make the patients, visitors and staff feel calm, positive and inspired. They are bright, airy and easy to navigate. Plants and green feature walls break up overly clinical spaces and reinforce the centre’s relationship to the natural world.

About the Dental Hub
We have designed our clinic from scratch and as a result you will find a modern environment with the latest dental equipment to make your visit as efficient but also as relaxed and pleasant as possible. Our staff are all experienced professionals who will listen to you carefully during a consult and provide you with the best advise based on your personal condition and desires. If any treatment is required your dentist will explain to you the available options and answer any questions you may have before treatment starts.
You are at the right address for emergency treatments, regular check-ups, all types of dental restorations including prosthetics as well as orthodontics and dental cosmetic treatments.

The team at Hutt Dental Hub

Dr Harnie Jo
DentistMy favourite aspect of dentistry is assisting people to improve their oral health related quality of life, which empowers them to maintain their oral health over the long term. This can come in a variety of forms for different people including but not limited to relief of chronic pain/acute pain/discomfort, improving one’s ability to chew and eat, and improving the appearance of their smiles. Seeing the effect that this newfound confidence has on other aspects of their life is very rewarding for me.
I highly value effective communication. It is of utmost importance to me that patients have understood the findings of dental examinations and the details of management plans. I will ensure this by taking my time to thoroughly talk this through and answer questions during both the consultation and treatment stages.

Ruby
Dental AssistantWhat I love most is being able to sit side by side with our patients. Being able to provide support through their entire dental experience ensuring they feel as comfortable as possible. As well as seeing their smile transformation and increased knowledge about their overall oral health. In my spare time I like to get myself to a yoga class, being able to connect my body to my mind leaves me feeling refreshed and content.

Angela Kumeroa
